The Lego Store and Wheeler Farm

We had the chance to go to the Farm! Austin loves the farm. Every time we go he is hard to keep next to us because he just wants to wander around and see all the animals. This time was even more special because we had Auntie Chloe with us! She took some family photos of us (those will come in a later post).

The fun started off with lunch at a yummy little cafe at Fashion Place. Then, we ventured to the Lego Store. If you live in Utah and haven't been yet, you should go! It was so cool. They had Lego's out on tables that the kids could play with, shelves lined with the box sets, and then at the back a place where you could help yourself to individual bricks! Austin liked it, but I think that Brandon loved it even more than Austin. Brandon got some sets for Austin and let Austin choose. Then, he focused on looking at sets for himself... He didn't buy any, but he really wanted to!

After that we headed to the farm. Chloe took some pictures first, and then we walked around.

We went on the tractor ride and Austin just snuggled up into me. I asked him if he was tired and he replied with a sleepy yeah. We knew it was time to head over to the corn maze and the pumpkin patch, then go home. The corn maze wasn't all that exciting for us adults, but Austin thought it was cool. When we went to go get a pumpkin, he just wandered around pointing at all the pumpkins. We kept telling him to pick one, but he couldn't. After about 10 minutes of pointing at pumpkins, he settled on one, changed his mind and picked another. When we got in the car, he was sure tired. He passed out not even 5 minutes later!

Daddy made him the monster truck, semi, and trailer with Austin's new Lego's. Austin asks each day to play with them.
